User Agreement

• Cento Sport SA CC is committed to protect and respect your personal information and your privacy.
• Do not under any circumstances share your username or password with anybody else.
• Cento Sport SA CC, their successors and assigns, their respective officers, members, franchisees, employees, servants and agents are not responsible for personal information that is collected as part of Third Party products or services that are available on Cento Sport website.
• Cento Sport SA CC itself do not furnish any warranty whatsoever in terms of the contract existing between the user and the Third Party.
• Cento Sport SA CC also does not in any way furnish any warranty for : The correctness and completeness of particulars contained in the offers, guarantees and declarations regarding the offered goods and services, The offered goods and services as such, and The respective conduct and ability to deliver in terms of the contract of the buyer and seller.
• Due to the complexity of our technology, Cento Sport SA CC does not guarantee error-free performance under this user agreement. Therefore Cento Sport SA CC cannot be held liable for any damages whatsoever that may result from technical malfunction or any damages relating to this user agreement.
• The use of this web site is entirely voluntary and the user hereby respectively indemnifies and hold harmless Cento Sport SA CC, their successors and assigns, their respective officers, members, franchisees, employees, servants and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, suits, judgements, expenses, damages including consequential damages, penalties, fines or indemnity payments of whatsoever kind and nature arising from or in any way connected with the use of this site and/or information contained therein.
• The foregoing indemnity shall not extend to any claim to the extent that such claim is caused solely by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct by Cento Sport SA CC.
• Third Party products and services available on Cento Sport SA CC website itself, does not furnish any warranty whatsoever in terms of the contract existing between the user and the Third Party.

Cento Sport SA CC also does not in any way furnish any warranty for:

• The correctness and completeness of particulars contained in the offers, guarantees and declarations regarding the offered goods and services,
• The offered goods and services as such, and the respective conduct and ability to deliver in terms of the contract of the buyer and seller.

In particular Cento Sport SA CC is not liable for damages arising from technical failure where:-

• The Participants' offers to purchase are not published and/or not published timeously by Cento Sport SA CC website are not considered therein.
• Goods offered by Participants in the context of private auctions are not presented or are presented incompletely and are not offered for sale.

Governing Law

• The use of this site shall be subject to, governed by and construed in all respects with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
